            I've said it all along that last season wasn't so much about building a team/squad for the future but a season for getting promoted and that's what's happened. Now next season is all about building for the future and I'm glad HR has been given the much deserved chance to do that.

                Spot on mate couldn't agree more. The nice thing is we do have 5 or 6 players who can warrant a first place spot next year with a further 4 or 5 who can be squad players. But we have to be realistic as fans and realize there is a rebuilding project thats going to take place over the summer which will see 10 - 15 players leave and with us bringing in maybe 6,7 or 8 players atleast.
                Just really hope we have leanrt our lessons and the players we bring in are young and hungry and not loads of over 30's. I honestly dont think harry will do that.
