  • Well done from Burnley fan...

Great defensive performance and good tactics when reduced to 10 men - I did not like the way the Derby bench were all smiles and congratulating each other when O'Neil was sent off.

Burnley and QPR were promoted together in 1973 and both finished top half the next season - can't see that happening this time but Stoke finished 9th and Palace 11th.

I have to agree with you, think they were the best team this year in my eyes.

Thank you and lets hope we stay up and send another two down.

No surprise the bookies have Burnley as favourites to go down and you 2nd favourites, but there are a few teams with uncertain futures.

West Brom still have no manager, Swansea may struggle with Gary Monk in charge, Villa are in turmoil (Lambert may leave/get sacked by a new owner), Poyet is threatening to leave Sunderland, Allardyce is under pressure to play "sexy" football at West Ham, and Palace might suffer "Second Season Syndrome".

A lot will depend on how teams strengthen but half of the division will just be hoping to avoid relegation.

Personally hope all 3 of us (us and Leicester) stay up next season. Us more comfortably than you of course.
