  • Will Hughes v Gary O'Neill

Seen it again on the box and he blatantly dived trying to win a penalty and in such a big games the punishment for trying to cheat your way to the ultimate prize should be the same as what O'Neill got

Had the Ref bought his act then your looking at kissing £130mil or whatever it is away

That's what I don't understand about modern football . By not giving the penalty mason is basically admitting that Hughes has gone down looking for it and it's not a foul ? If that's the case it's a bit contradictory not to book Hughes for cheating isn't it ? Happens all the time . Anyway **** it we are going up say we are going up

Trevor Morley on Norwegian telly said it was a 50/50-situation.

I think it was more a Hughes dived over dunne to try and get a penalty situation and got what he deserved . Nothing

Dunne moved his leg away, never a pen. Maybe ref thought the momentum changed caused Hughes to slip, rather then seeing it as a full blown dive ala the Wigan booking. Hughes reaction says otherwise though, ugly barsteward

I'm in the minority but I think that Hughes is so overrated. Cheating carnt n all.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
