That's the Premier League rules.

But the Football League's are pretty much the same.
Unless he gets off on appeal... which is highly unlikely.... he's at the mercy of Brian Mawhinney and his henchmen.

And he doesn't hang about when it comes to opening the cupboard, and getting his cane out.
