Now....... where does that leave us as regards to Flabio..... if he's banned, then he can also be kicked out of football too, I think!

Thing is this is about Nelson P and Mosley v Briatore. Mosley leaves FIA soon then Flav I am sure will come back fighting.

Why some feel the need to constantly want to boot the club they profess to support is absolutely beyond me :(
Isleworth - Shame many more people were saying that he had done nothing wrong and as it was F1, it did not matter anyway. Cheating in sport is cheating in sport and if Flavio has to leave because of WHAT HE DONE, lets hope the next owner of QPR can behave more like a chairman and not some back street pawn broker.

Wishful thinking there. Don't hold your breath mate.

You should have your own "positive section".
          Got to admire that!

people in glass houses throwing stones and all that.

lots of people cheat and bend the rules in all sports. can you honestly say you never have?

if simpson takes a dive in the last minute tomorrow night and wins us a pen that rowlands smashes home to put us through, will you be on here demanding simpson gets banned for life, thrown out of football and forbidden from taking part in anything sports related ever again?

it means that Flavio technically fails the Fit and Proper test as he has been banned from participation in another sport...

whether the FA will act is another story

                      Yep.

                      Now.... what next for QPR??

There's a few threads to be had, with people dressing up their wishes and opinions as fact, no doubt.

Why did FB resign?? Because he was cast aside and fed to the lions (The FIA) on a plate by Renault - that's why.

As he's basically a convicted cheat in a sport which is listed on the FA's list it means that he fails the fit and proper test.

The Football League meet in October and have the power to force him to flog some of his % of us and he will be banned from being a Director of us.

The equivilant is not diving, it would be match fixing, i.e. paying off a ref to give us a penalty. Like in Italy, where they did get life bans, relagated etc.

Worrying times ahead for us now. Can the FA legally now force Flavio to sell his shares? It'll be very tough to impose their fit and proper person test in this instance. I'm praying that the Mittals come in and buy the whole club. I can't help but feeling sorry for Flavio though, he's ruined by what's happened..

                                "cheating is cheating"

simpson dives, he cheats, outcome of the game has been altered. same thing. chelsea lose revenue from futures ties, we gain.
