  • History of Players Sold or Loaned Out Too Early??

Helguson chips in with 2 goals for Watford, did we loan him out too early??Bearing in mind, some used to shout to Furlong " chelsea reject" when he showed a dip in form, then turned it around.

Who have have sold or loaned out too early, in our clubs history??

Well I'm sure someone at the club wonders why we let Beckford go now.

All in all I dont think we make to many mistakes in the loan market sending Les out to Turkey was a great move he came back an awesome player

Beckford was never on books here was he?

Dougie Freedman/DJ Campbell/Barry Conlon only ones that immediately spring to mind.

Thats a good one what a good judge of player Bruce Roch was.

I'm sure he said somthing about Wanchope being a "park" player then a week later i think he acored a hat trick for Derby against Man UTD

Considering how well Crouch has done since leaving Rangers, did we let him go too early?

In terms of the reverse, some players that we kept hold of a bit too long, must be a few too.

We'd just been relegated into the third division, we had no choice with Crouchy.
He turned out to be a bit better than that!

Ainsworth... he wont play, he deserves more than he's getting now. Let him go and be a player/coach somewhere.
With big hugs and thanks for everything he's done. :red_heart:

                SPOT ON.

Bruce Rioch didn't rate Wanchope when we had him on trial,or the other Costa Rican whose name escapes me.

crouch was prolly one of our best bits of business.

bought for 70k sold for 1.5m back then when we was tight for money.

okay he went on for 5mil a few years later and then 12mil.

if we get into prem i see him coming back to rangers.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
                        Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"
