  • Tories lose control of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

    to Labour

Labour makes a number of gains in London including taking the Tory-led councils of Hammersmith and Fulham, and Croydon

But more importantly how will this effect QPR and our future plans for the stadium?

We all know that Labour are not exactly big fans of business. Labour have not always been good to our club in the past over the years.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Whatever Gov is in power they need investment and regeneration of deprived areas OOC provides this so unless its going to cost them personally I think they will let any project go ahead and encourage it

doubt they will change anything, but they might slow things down.

Good question, has anything changed in Ealing? Warren Farm would then be back in the melting pot?
            Kept the faith!

Labour and Lib Dems both promised to stop the Warren Farm development if they won.

Whether they legally can is another thing.

Yeah, after 5 years of my Council Tax going down it's now going to go back up with more money being wasted on public services that are not needed!

Everyone has short memories, remember what Labour did to Charlton? Anyone remember The Valley party who managed to get Labour out and the club into their new ground?
