If you buy into the fact Ravel has not really looked like himself the past two games, almost like he's suddenly lacking in a bit of confidence, the best thing to do imo is to start him Saturday together with Krancjar (equally creative and very experienced), Barton, Hoilett (he has earned it) and the dentists' dream O'Neill (who's playing now at a different level). Keep Tarore on bench til the second half (worried he might reinjure hamstring early and limit our options) and bring him on together with Yun and (if we need a goal) the suddenly zesty Zamora (or, if ahead, Yossi).

This game is worth a small fortune to Ravel -- play him and watch; he's ready. As for Niko, believe Harry starts him for same reasons as before: he's a big game player who's no stranger to this moment. Would save Traore to come on in the second half, together with Yun, to kick the entire team into a higher game. Derby may have trouble with this change of pace in the second half. Then, for kickers, bring in Bobby Z to team up with Charlie to give their defense even more to worry about. This means we start Hoilett Ravel and Niko together with Barton and either Benayoun or O'Neill.

Barton with Jenas, O'Neil or Henry in the centre with Morrison behind Austin and either Krancjar, Traore, Hoilett or Benayoun on the flanks.
