Would much prefer to hear my own name being sung to spur me on! You say a player who would have undoubtedly starred for us this season, why dont we sing the name of the ones who have starred for us? if faurlin has to retire, then we can celebrate his career and what he has done for the club or if he returns to the first team we can dedicate songs to him. I think repeat the FA Cup Final minute's applause in the 56th minute for the Bradford Fire, difficult to organise though but if an effort was being made that would be the classy one todo imo.
Aside from that i think it is right all the noise made is connected for all the QPR football family whether they are well known players or old fans or young kids... rattle your cages for everybody.Comment

Sounds like a fine idea. Coincidentally some Derby fans are trying to organise a minutes applause on the 31 minute mark for a well known (locally) reporter on Radio Derby.
