The tune of Hallelujah, L. Cohen

He came to us to score the goals,
and that´t what he`s been doing for,
the best club in the world,
    Queens Park Raaaangers,

He now can take us all the way,
no matter what the others say,
    he´s our number nine,
    Charlie Auuustin,

    Chorus
    Charlie Auuustin,
    Charlie Auuustin,
    Charlie Auuustin,
    Charlie Auuuuuuuuuuuustin

anything Leonard Cohen based is bound to be really depressing!

                  a win-away song

when i first heard it i kept singing it was wondering if a little tinkering could be done,

instead of "we're gonna win away" could we put "we'll win at wembley" (wem-ber-lee) and instead of "a win away a win away" we could put "at wembley at wembley" etc

                  just a thought

It's catchy but it was a million times better on the concourse than in the stands at Wigan. Would be great to get it going at Wembley and seeing 40k bouncing.
