I personally thought it would have been done on loyalty points rather than all this member stuff . I am a member and having been one of the 300 that went to watch us against the wendys or 700 that went to wigan i can tell you that season tickets are not neccesarily the most loyal . Saying that though i understand the policy and whilst i may not agree with it , it does seem fair.

I have waited till tommorow as my old man isnt a member but i couldnt care if i was up in the nosebleeds at the very top . I never thought id get to see us at wembley and therefore am very happy just to be there

Club got 37k tickets which was enough for every season ticket holder and member to be guaranteed one each. That then leaves an amount left for general sale or for either members or season ticket holders to purchase more.

The club decided to reward the extra tickets to season ticket holders who have guaranteed income to the club up front for every game over members who have bought a membership but had the choice of when they wanted to contribute to the club.

Seems a fair way to do it IMO.

Where has all this £40-£50 for a membership come from? It was £20 at the start of the season and £10 from January! It's been fairly obvious from February/March that it was going to be the playoffs and the sensible thing was to part with the £10 and buy a membership or extras if you wanted to be guaranteed a ticket for playoff games.

This is exactly what I did. 10 quid in January seemed a small amount to part with to risk missing the playoffs when it looked certain we'd be there. My only mistake was not buying more for the kids......think membership sales will be much better next year!

We've got this for the next 7 days followed by more whinging about the game, whatever the result, then some general whinging thorough the summer followed by more whinging about the team again....

                  Some people are never happy...
