        Went in at 10 on the dot, and went into the queue. The bar showng progress was all over the place. Kept getting near the end, then went back. Took an hour, but after that no problem.

          Same here at first, clicking but nothing happening, so just added a further two tickets then got the warning that I'd had to many tickets and clicked the reassign straight away and it worked, so just deleted the extras. I've had problems with it before though! Using Chrome.

            I had a bit of a problem on Wednesday morning. After getting all the lad's details up, and adding 8 tickets to the basket, I realised that I had not been asked to choose a block. Went back and deleted what I'd asked for and realised I had clicked on "Fast Tickets". My mistake, not the club's fault.

            Did it properly next time and it was a breeze. Personally, I think that the ability to have your own "fans network", giving you the facility to ensure that many of you can sit together, is a brilliant idea and one I'd not known about until recently.

            So glad I realised it was me that was the problem, rather than slaughter the club for either ripping us all off or having a crap online system.

              I had the same problem but called the Box Office direct (the 0208 number) where a fantastic guy called Sean helped me.
              If you can't reassign a name, press the back button. Add the number of tickets you want and then "enter". Then you should have twice as many tickets as you want. Take off the tickets you don't neeed and then you should be able to reassign.
              If that doesn't work start again from the beginning and make sure to click on Reassign before you press "Enter" to buy the tickets.
              It worked for me.

                Just for fun, I tried it again just now, now that the load is significantly reduced. Everything works (I can reassign, no problem).

                THE CLUB DOES HAVE A CRAP ONLINE SYSTEM THAT IS NOT SIZED TO HANDLE THE REQUIRED LOAD.

                    Been 28 years since the load needed this much handling, to be fair.

                      yeah sounds clearly like whoever runs tech in the front office has never heard of scalable bandwidth solutions from places like Amazon Web Services.

                        Yes, but they are not the ones I had in my Online basket initially so I am not happy. If I'd known what I was going to go through today trying to get tickets I'd have stayed home.

                          Firefox often throws up similar problems especially when using any ticketmaster related sites, google chrome is far better

                          Logged on at 9.48am queue bar gentle filled and was in dead on 10am, logged off at 10.04am no problems, four tickets on their way!

                          Online site is fine you just need the right browser and a decent internet provider, remember cheap doesn't mean good!!

                            Mine worked fine - no queues at about 12. using very good connection and chrome. however this is not client side it will be application/infrastructure issue.

                            However, when I got there there is an interface in place as they are for wembley not LR and this was broken for me. I hat to use fast ticket mode or it wouldn't work...that meant I could not choose my block.

                            Ticketmaster isn't it in the background??? Their systems have just failed for commonwealth games (apologies out to the 6 or 7 people that would actually want tickets for that haha) and now the Rugby World cup (13 day delay on going on sale).

                            Companies should not get these contracts if they don';t have the capability to deliver the servcei when it is needed.
