I had a bit of a problem on Wednesday morning. After getting all the lad's details up, and adding 8 tickets to the basket, I realised that I had not been asked to choose a block. Went back and deleted what I'd asked for and realised I had clicked on "Fast Tickets". My mistake, not the club's fault.
Did it properly next time and it was a breeze. Personally, I think that the ability to have your own "fans network", giving you the facility to ensure that many of you can sit together, is a brilliant idea and one I'd not known about until recently.
So glad I realised it was me that was the problem, rather than slaughter the club for either ripping us all off or having a crap online system.

If that doesn't work start again from the beginning and make sure to click on Reassign before you press "Enter" to buy the tickets.
It worked for me.

Firefox often throws up similar problems especially when using any ticketmaster related sites, google chrome is far better
Logged on at 9.48am queue bar gentle filled and was in dead on 10am, logged off at 10.04am no problems, four tickets on their way!
Online site is fine you just need the right browser and a decent internet provider, remember cheap doesn't mean good!!22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Mine worked fine - no queues at about 12. using very good connection and chrome. however this is not client side it will be application/infrastructure issue.
However, when I got there there is an interface in place as they are for wembley not LR and this was broken for me. I hat to use fast ticket mode or it wouldn't work...that meant I could not choose my block.
Ticketmaster isn't it in the background??? Their systems have just failed for commonwealth games (apologies out to the 6 or 7 people that would actually want tickets for that haha) and now the Rugby World cup (13 day delay on going on sale).
Companies should not get these contracts if they don';t have the capability to deliver the servcei when it is needed.
