    sure, but "Press 1 for accessible tickets" is still very unhelpful given the various meanings of 'accessible'. i bet loads of people just thought "yeah i want a seat i can access, *click*"

      Could be worse Derby are charging there fans £3 booking fee PER ticket then £.250 postage
