Isn't it the FA that are at fault here? They must have known that these dates had been designated a "a rest period. They should have ended the championship season earlier to give time for the play off final to be held before the World Cup.

          This doesn't look great - http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/b...-yun-agreement

If they don't play ball here, they are setting up a bad precedent for his future release for Korean games.

Edit: It is Dave Mac, don't think has got anything right for a few years (left BBC)

If their National team don't have respect for the English club game then perhaps South Korean players will find it more difficult to find employment within the English leagues in future?... What's the point having a player who isn't available for a £100 Million match?

Potentially having a S. Korea World Cup player playing for QPR in a showpiece Wembley final is a marketing dream for Tony when it comes to media exposure over there......

TF will sweet talk the Sk FA and do what is needed to make them agree to us keeping him here until after the final.

To be honest...it's not the end of the world.
.he's a better left back option than Clint but Clint is a ****** good centre back so it's not fair to compare them....we've still got Traore...he's gotta be as good an option as some up and coming Korean who can't play next week because his country has games to lose in a world cup that doesnt start for 4 weeks!

At 24 I wouldn't still describe him as "up and coming". He should be establishing himself at that age.

So if we ignore the Koreans and play him whats the worst that can happen??? Assuming reprimand from FIFA or FA would be a fine???

Would try and sweet talk them if push comes to shove with the promise of a pre season tour of Korea and if that don't work sign a North Korean to really p iss them off and invite that loose cannon Kim Jong over as a guest to sit in C Club and plaster his face over everything to rub there noses into it
