Doubt it. There must be about 10k members, the majority of which will get 2 tickets, whcih will wipe out 15/16k at a guess, which would only leave 5k for the 2nd phase of ST holders and members sales in phase 4 and i'm sure there's a fair few who take up that option meaning very little if any for general sale..... -

Phase 4 will the key one - where ST holders and members can DOUBLE their allocation. My assumption is that not many will be sold in this phase (maybe 2,000) which will leave lots for General Sale.
However, when you think about it, if you are an ST holder or member and know fellow R's who don't have ST or membership, it would be good to use Phase 4 to sort them out.
