Charlie Austin was the difference for QPR in their play-off semi-final victory over Wigan, says Steve McClaren.

    Steve McClaren

Now we're through to the final, against Derby, is there a worry about how well Steve knows our players?
He worked closely with them for not far off half of the season so he knows our players strengths and weaknesses.
Hoping we can outsmart him and he doesn't get to use his knowledge of our players to a big extent

Been asked a million times mate.

A lot of time has passed. It's not as if he has the secret ingriedient to colonel sanders chicken. Relax. It's not that difficult to see how teams set up, how individuals play & what systems are used it's what coaches & scouts are for.

I`m thinkin he wont have a clue how we`ll line up coz Harry won`t know until the ref insists he gives a team sheet in about an hour before KO.

Biggest plus we've got on our side is they think they've already won it the arrogant c****

We'll happily show up as the underdog and see what happens.

Not true. I reckon the typical Derby supporter is no more and no less confident than you guys. It really could go either way.

He knows the players and he knows how this manager works with these players. Should bring a new manager, that would stun Derby. Last night under Harry we were a mediocre team with one goalscoring saviour, this won't be enough in the final.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Most Derby fans I know think that they are the underdogs. Truth is that you are quite evenly matched (after all, you finished third and fourth in the regular season) and you both have potentially match-winning players.

Steve MacClaren must be pleased that both of the sides he was involved with this season are at Wembley: I don't think that kind of thing happens very often.

The bookies make us slight favourites which is interesting.
