  • Play-Off Final Tickets

    Hi Guys,

A small sob story with regards to play-off final tickets, if anyone is in a position to help please read on.

I've been a QPR supporter for 33 years however due to circumstances, work, living 160 miles from London I don't have a season ticket as I can't attend every week - yet attend games whenever I can, including home and away to Wigan.

My father and step-mother have been season ticket holders for as long as I can remember, however following my father's death my step-mother also no longer attends games as often she'd like.

Due to the clubs ticketing policy, 2 lifelong fans now may not be able to go to wembley.
If any season tickets holders are willing to purchase 2 extra tickets on our behalf I'd appreciate that, and happy to pay a little over the odds to ensure we can be there.

Sorry for the whinge, and no probs if your tickets are already taken.

    Cheers

    Terry

We sold 33,000 tickets for Cardiff due to similar policy of season ticket holders being allowed to purchase 4 each, and members 2 each. If all take up their entitlement tickets will not reach a general sale.

I post as I'd rather sort something out ASAP, rather than be waiting until next Monday wondering if it's going to possible buy.

But appreciate your comments and will keep my fingers crossed they do reach general sale.

      Regards

      Terry Hughes

Bet there won't be any going for general sale. ST holders and members get two chances to buy two tickets each time.

What a stupid ****ing set up that is.... Why screw loads of fans who aren't ST or members by effectively running the risk there'll be none left for general sale by allowing them 4 each FFS...? If they need more than 2 why not make them get via general sale like anyone else would have to...

Want to get tickets for me and my 8yr old but now don't fancy my chances....!

The ticket policy is ludicrous... 100% agree that those who are season ticket holders & members get the first opportunity, even to take 2 tickets each. But 4 tickets is awful decision that isolates those that can't attend every week, for whatever reasons.

If I'd have anticipated such a farce I'd have ensured that I was at least a member, but even in the premiership I could easily buy a ticket in the occasions I could attend.

I personally feel a let down here and I'll be heartbroken if I don't get to see us at wembley!
