Thought HR's team selection was poor to be honest. Didn't understand why Doyle was on the right-hand side and couldn't really work out what our shape was exactly. However, his decision to go 4-4-2 around the half hour mark really changed things and he got the substitutions spot on.

The problem was that HR was outwitted by their set up early doors but sorted it in time.

I still wouldn't want him to continue as manager (just too many poor calls, too much time for old lags on and off the park) but that is the price we will pay for promotion..... still worth rogering the rams mind..

Can only assume that Doyle was seen as a harder worker than Benayoun defensively as Kranjcar was the player up top with Charlie

We have under achieved and had to endure some terrible football to watch, but all this harry is a shite manager stuff has been laughable imho, the bloke has always been a good manager and tactically as good as amy out there and we should of been proud we had him, and if we win the final maybe some will be.

I'm not a fan of Redknapp and never have been, but I always thought the idea of dumping him three or four months ago was a crap one. Last night, the way he reorganised the set-up after the first 25 minutes or so was tactically very astute, and it paid off big-time.

An interesting question is what will happen if you win at Wembley. Could the owners persuade him upstairs (or out) and get in a new manager: after all, he has another year on his contract? Would Redknapp want one last chance at the Prem before he quits of good? Or would he want to go out on a high and pick up some media-pundit money for his dog's bank account?

Correct - a massive question because let's be honest, an awful lot needs changing if we're even half serious about staying up. We're not just talking Harry's future, how many of the present squad are EPL fit for purpose? The other massive question is what happens if we don't, because I can't see Harry staying given that scenario. He virtually confirmed that he expected this in the Indy piece the other day. My guess is that staying put would finally see the beginning of a new regime much more youth orientated on and off the park.

              Whatever, interesting times ahead....
