...apart from the very public and very bitter divorce last year, followed by him getting together with her best friend.

to be fair, van der vaart is past it, injury prone and couldn't do more than 60 minutes in any given game - the right sort of profile, if red chap stays on.

i'd like to see us play the loan market well (for a change )if we go up... see if we can pick up the likes of hooper and parker on loan deals with their parent clubs paying half the wages.

if we go up we must learn from previous mistakes - im ok with maybe one or two special players who might not necessarily be english/birtish but I want to see us spending money on the best of the championship players who are young and hungry and signings that replicate the likes of austin, simpson and phillips - we get four or five more of them and we will have a decnt shout
