My pessimism leads me to feel the Mittals will want out if Flav stays. If he goes I would also be genuinely but pleasantly surprised if they stay for the long-term, but no reason to assume that will mean they splash the cash given the worldwide recession in particular.

Things have changed since Wednesday, but it does all depend on what happens Monday and if things like Piquet Jnr and dad take it further in courts and we simply don't know. Your right, the Mittals will not want to be entangled in this, it will come down to whether they go or buy him out.

The other day, I was giving my opinion and I wouldn't go around celebrating yet, because as we speak Flavio is still in charge and nothing will be addressed until tomorrow evening and I'm not so sure we are not weeks or months away from anything happening anyway.

For the record, its not me wanting Amit, Lakeshmi and Bernie, I do. That goes, for the majority of fans and if they read any messageboards they would know that.

Scott I wish you wouldn't post stuff like this and let it run its course.

What this club doesn't need is a witch hunt from its own fans to get the Mittals in and Briatore out. If it doesn't work out which it probably won't and Briatore remains in power then what of this relationship between the fans and the board.......damaged further no doubt.

The Telegraph has run a story but its just paper talk, coming out and declaring you know something for a fact only for it all to go wrong will only disappoint further. Also wishing that Flavio gets it on Monday is bang out of order, you don't know whats going on in the power corridors of F1 (even if you someone think someone ITK told you something).

So for once can you just hold your horses instead of spilling the beans on something which could change the way our club is run instead of shooting of your mouth at the first available opportunity.

Unlike some I don't dismiss the power of MB's I think they can cause a lot of problems (just ask Paulo Sousa). So take a minute to stop and think before you post something over the next few days regarding this matter.
