  • Today we go to War

Todays the day when the players, the club and the fans travelling up to Wigan have to stand up and be counted and let Wigan know were not just coming up for a game of football were coming up with the intention of getting a result and they will have torrid time against us for 180mins

In the stands before the game starts when the players are warming up we the fans need to get the songs going and gee the players up and let them know how much we want this and that we stand with them shoulder to shoulder; if they do it on the pitch the 4k of us will do it off it

If Wigan sing then we must sing f ucking louder, if they appeal for silly free kicks an corners then we put just as much pressure on the ref

Wigans singers/Youth sit to our left hand side and will try giving it the biggie for 90mins well they need to be slapped down as well when they try and get their support going.

We are QPR and were going to Wigan for a result and we will not let any northern c unt stand in the way of what we need

So as our Band of brothers commence the journey North be proud, be loud and Come on you Rs

London calling to the faraway towns
Now war is declared, and battle come down
    London calling to the underworld
Come out of the cupboard, you boys and girls
London calling, now don't look to us
Phoney Beatlemania has bitten the dust
London calling, see we ain't got no swing
'Cept for the ring of that truncheon thing

    [Chorus 1:]
The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in
Meltdown expected, the wheat is growing thin
Engines stop running, but I have no fear
'Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

London calling to the imitation zone
Forget it, brother, you can go it alone
London calling to the zombies of death
Quit holding out, and draw another breath
London calling, and I don't wanna shout
But while we were talking, I saw you nodding out
London calling, see we ain't got no high
Except for that one with the yellowy eyes

    [Chorus 2: x2]
The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in
Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin
A nuclear error, but I have no fear
'Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

    Now get this

London calling, yes, I was there, too
An' you know what they said? Well, some of it was true!
London calling at the top of the dial
After all this, won't you give me a smile?
    London calling

I never felt so much alike [fading] alike alike alike

Today is a huge day in the history of our great club.

Do not underestimate the significance of tonight's match.

Each and every one of the mighty 4000 heading north can and will make a difference.

Be loud and proud my fellow R's the team need you as much tonight as they have ever done.

Do not heap pressure upon them if it's not going our way or if we concede early. Do not leave Wigan without giving your all.

Because we ARE Q.P.R. and we are proud of our club, our history and of our future.

Be brave brothers and sisters and do not leave tonight wishing you had sung more or louder because by then it will be too late. Do it for the one's who can't be there and for every rangers fan no matter where they are.

        Come on urrrrrsssss!

Show the players what it means to us.....ask any player and they'll tell you how much of a difference it makes.

We need every little advantage we can grab.....let's start it in the stands and hopefully the players will follow on the pitch. Don't wait for the other way around.

This is a battle, a war - and each and everyone one of us are needed to win it.

I wish I were there with the Rangers faithful -- will cheer loudly from the States where, for the first time this season, the game is on TV!!!! (have had to listen to all games thus far via BBC Radio).

                              This!

For 90 minutes, put everything to one side and do nothing but sing your heart out for the lads and make some noise.

The stand at Wigan is great for creating noise and with 4k Rangers fans there, we have every opportunity to make it feel like a home game for our boys.

If we go 1-0 down, sing louder and stand prouder.

                              You R'ssssssssssssssssss!
