I suppose I'm not real Rangers thenI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

My son was born at Hammersmith Hospital, within sight of Loftus Road. And no, he isn't a Rangers fan, nor is he a City fan: When he was ten, in the early 80s, I took him to a couple of matches in a season when City got promoted with a team featuring both Gary Lineker and Alan Smith. He said he didn't like it, and didn't want to go again.
I suggested putting him up for adoption, but his mother wouldn't let me.
