But there was a moment when Stan was interviewed (if you can call it an interview) and then we wheeled out a 100 year old for his birthday that the Wall fans found it all too much and were slightly bemused by our eccentricity and to be fair many of them clapped.
I thought to myself even the Wall can't knock the great Stan (especially with the bookie joke) and a 100 year old that still cycles, we are crazy but I love our club

the last time i saw stan interviewed on the pitch he started swearing. They cut that short , he was plastered.

Saw him after the game, cuts a very slight figure these days. Smoking away as usual but heard from a good source he's battling against something we all fear, hope it was only hearsay.

I do hope not, would be a horrible, but wouldnt be no surprise if he popped his clogs at a young age, as he really doesnt look to healthy every time you see him.
