  • Officially Finished Fourth

That second leg at home will be vital . Should be a easy sell out.

Remember doom and gloom kids , we werent going to make the play offs

I'll be honest, I thought we'd be in the top two.

I think you'll find the 'doom & gloomers' have been moaning about the style of play not necessary about whether we'd reach the play offs ........ Wasn't there today but according to the radio, we weren't much to write home about against a team fighting relegation, don't bode well for the play off's
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

I predicted 16th at the start of the season, so happy with 4th.

we are 2 games away from a possible Wembley appearance surely that is worth getting excited about FFS....Next week we can do what we want as Barnsley now down so makes no odds which side he plays.

we are building great confidence with these remaining games arnt we!

nicking draws at home and defeats away. yep we have a great chance to win the playoffs.

oh yes, second leg at home. that will make all the farking difference wont it.

lose away and draw at home.

sorry but im not buying all this farking hype. im keeping my feet firmly on the ground and fully expect not to make the playoff final let alone win it.

You realise we were in the league above last year?

...it's never a given that relegated teams should do well in the champs, especially after our dismal display in the prem last year, so 4th place is a really good achievement. well pleased with 4th.

If it wasn't for the vast squad, and vast amount of money we've spent, I'd be happy enough.

We've underachieved in terms of league position, but we may still go up via the play-offs. Then we'll know if the pain of watching some terribly dull and uninspiring football was worth it.

got no choice....we are where we are which is 4th. No good having a post mortem over it......how about enjoying the playoffs and if we fail in those, have another shot next year in the champs, the better league imo.
