    Redknapp.........3-5-2 does not bleeding work!!!

We tried it at Charlton and failed! We tried it at home to Blackpool and failed and we did it again yesterday and failed! We only got going when we went 4-4-2!

We don't have the players for 3-5-2! We should not be messing with formations going into the play offs! Massive month now for the club!

at least this time he got the wingbacks right.. it would work if we had aj with austin as there is movement up top. doyle is very easy to mark and wont drag defenders out of positon

Completely Agree. Puts way to much pressure on the 2 centre mids, as you are not going to get anything from Morrison.defensively. and with Tom (knock me over with a feather) carroll as one of the 2. Watford had the freedom of Midfield yesterday.

To be fair, I like the look of the formation and how the team is set up.. think we need a bit more presence in there though. Carroll doesn't do it in that formation for me.
Much prefer JJ, Barton and Ravel..

            Yeah, I really don't like us playing a 3-5-2.
I would be happy with a 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 for playoffs. Barton, Morrison, Austin all fit and playing yesterday was a bonus though.
