I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

We hear this phrase 'young hungry' being applied to players and managers. Neither description is any good if there's no ability. You need a mix of youth and experience in a team. Two of our better players this season have been Hill and Barton, both over 30. Nelsen did a good job for us as has Dunne in spells.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

We should worry about next season when it's time to. Right now the focus should be on the remaining games this season, and only this season.

I think we got a decent nuculeus of a team when the players are fit - its our squad players that need to be looked at - the kranjars, hoillets, jenas( because of injuries), johnson, zamora, maiga, keane, hoillet, swp & henry, they can all do one next year.
Simpson, hill, onohua, dunne, yun our not a bad back 4 to start with next year....will need to add another decent young cb, reserve lb & rb...midfield we got barton, faurlin, phillips petrasso...all good players which we can add to...maybe carroll back on loan get another quick pacey winger who can whip a good ball in and then also think about keeping traore as he can be used as lb or lw...I think we also need someone who create things from midfield like morrison, just cant see him back with us next year..
Upfront we know we need to invest - id say we need to buy two more strikers....
If you look at it like that if we buy sensibly and wisely in the summer i reckon we will have a very strong championship team.....and if we can get barton, hill, dunne and austin back in the team for the playofffs with morrsion we have a decent chance....
I like Harry but we need a new manger again young and hungry and someone who wants to build a team for the future. Harry put this team together hoping the old boys experience he brought in would be enough to get us over the line... unfortunately it means again come the summer we need another big investment in playing staff...

The worst one is SWP , he is everything that is wrong about pro footballers. He should be banging the door down demanding a move . He is just a happy reserve, always has been.

THis team is not as bad a last years.

The ones i reckon ar ethe culprits: BAE, Traore, SWP i honestly think the rest do give a toss now

I personally wouldn't put Armand in that bunch . Think he's massively improved and don't seem a bad lad . All about opinions though

He thinks QPR are a **** club and just a pay cheque - see his non celebration at Chelsea where despite what he thinks, half the fans dont even remember who he is - shocking signing by WARNOCK. Love Warnock but....SWP, Ferdinand, Young, Barton....

wasn't a lot wrong with young when we signed him. how can you put barton in the same group that contains wright Phillips.our biggest problem has been never putting out a settled side either through injury or being rested.can anyone remember when we fielded the same team 2 games running.

Some proper drama queens on here. We had no god given right to beat the team that walked the league away from home!

I wonder how some of you react to day to day disappointments if you get this hysterical over things like this
I should probably write something insightful here

One evidence Redknapp is useless is that none of our youngsters ever developed to the first team. If they are not given the chance now then will not be give any chance If we go up.

Can anyone tell me what the QPR "team spirit" was or should be? Clearly some players on this club are looking past this season, don't appreciate where they are, and find the reward of playing soccer in a paycheck versus performance. Believe if we started over again, the nucleus begins with Charlie Austin, Matty Phillips, Junior Hoilett, Joey Barton, Danny Simpson, and Nedum Onouha. Would need two or three all-out great guys like Clint Hill, and a standout game-breaker like Ravel. If we look at this season as an excuse to retool and revamp, it's a little easier to accept the consistent inconsistency and at times port play/attitudes from Harry on down.
