Think you're both right. He was solid on the ground and in the air. He distributed as well as I've seen him do. And he was pish poor defending those three corners...

Its only you marshy, well younand the other habitual moaner. Dunne played very well, as did so many others. Sorry it ruined your weekend but sometimes there is nothing whatsoever to moan about, and this weekend is one of them, but you carry on regardless please. Its funny.

All depends on your definition of a cart horse. I personally think Cole and Bent would be pretty desperate signings. However every club needs a few old heads, just maybe not as many as we have!

For instance I think overall Dunne has been a good signing. The difference though between him and the aforementioned though is that up until his injury he was a well respected regular Premiership player. Cole and Bent have done little in years despite being younger. They are a wage drain waiting to happen.

sorry a win ruined your weekend? what are some of u lot on?.. all the sarcasm about a win because some don't agree with redknapp this season. As soon as we won on Saturday, you were straight on here giving it Kev.. its pathetic and all after one single win.
some of u lot wana try trekking it round the country and seeing shoddy away performances.. im pretty sure you wouldn't forget those performances in a hurry either.

So cut the sarcasm.. it was a GREAT win and its about time.. winning one game does not sweep everything else under the carpet. We have Leicester away on Saturday and if our defending is anything like it was against forests yesterday then it could be a very long afternoon... I aint a moaner.. im a realist.

we have to put up with the likes of you and weare going on and on and on and on and on when we lose, why the hell should we have to put up with it after a brilliant day out?
And yes, i do think you lot are gutted when we win, cos its ruins your 'harry out' campaign for a week or so. So no, its not sarcasm

Sorry but if you think Dunne didn't have a great game then I think you're the one that's lost the plot.

obviously a matter of opinion. he played well apart from the goals we conceded.. up to each man to decide for himself whether this constitutes a bad game or not

I and most fans are entitled to discuss when we lose and turn in such bad performances.. your missing the 'it was a great win' part from myself aren't you? because I have said that 3 times now.. to say we are gutted when we win is a ridiculous things to say because I am 100% behind the team, just not harry.

Dunne was pretty shite. Doesn't mean he has been shite all season, but he was pretty shite on Saturday. Is he knackered or just past it? I dunno, but with him at the heart of defence we will keep conceding goals.

I'm sure I just read that he should have played Hill and Neddy on Saturday - that's a tough shout when Hill isn't even fit for selection
It's a tough call for me on Dunne's performance though because I agree that he was excellent on the whole - but unnecessarily conceded a corner for the first goal (lost his positioning and got under the ball too much) and I think he was at fault for both goals in terms of his positioning and lack of challenge. I can't say he was a stand out performer due to what I thought were defensive errors on his part - but on the whole the rest of his game was good and he has been very reliable for pretty much the whole season.
Not bad for someone who previously missed a whole season, is over the hill and a cart horse with the turning circle of a paddle steamer
