  • The pros and cons of rebuilding in the championship, the prem or yo-yo-ing.

Here's a starter. One of the pitfalls of rebuilding where we are, might be keeping players. How long could it take? For example, suppose prem bids came in for Charlie or Matty. In my view, the successful teams that achieve their targets, have settled squads, keep the majority of their players, and only change one or two at a time. This could be a problem for us.

    What's your view?

With the amount of players we will lose in the summer whether promoted or not, there's gonna have to be quite a few new faces.
If we don't go up then I think we may lose Austin.
If we did go up, I would just like us to go out still and build for the future, rather than make signings in a bid to survive in the Prem.

Snap up all the young talent currently in the Football League, and re-build a new squad.
