I know what you mean!...but I think as a very short term fix, something as radical as this could shake us out of our inexorable decline....

    I state again........'very short term'.......

Also i know we couldnt answer this, but i wonder if any club has ever mass called for the managers head for only getting their club into the play offs.
Expectations on this forum, are higher by qpr fans than they are by man united, barcelona or real madrid.[/QUOTE]I take your point but Harry has been awful, we are very very VERY lucky to be in a play-off position (without Austin we could have gone down IMO). When we brought Harry in I thought he was a good choice and he would have us flying (a bit like O`neil at sunderland that season) we seemed to have a half decent bunch of players that just needed managing properly, instead we went down with a wimper.
This season he`s put together a team of loanees and past it players that were always going to run out of steam come January. Most of the fans could see it coming so why not the guy whose job it is?
I remember on the last day of the Jan transfer window both you and me slated Harry for not buying anyone (strikers especially) and we got nothing but abuse for it being told we were negative and Doyle n co would come good and get us promoted.. We saw this run of form coming so why didn`t Harry???

Come on lads, dont bend the truth. Every single rangers fan on here and at the ground went mental that we didn't get a back up striker. Reckon that eas down to the chairman though to be honest.

It's relative though., forget the fact its the playoffs and look at the position. We should've walked the league with our squad and resouces provided, yet your suggesting no other club would be bothered with 5th or 6th as that's a playoff slot. Well imagine that in the top divisions with Champions league up for grabs for th first 4. Can you imagine the comparitively wealthy teams in that division like Chelsea or City being content with 5th or 6th.... it wouldnt happen.

We are rebuilding and had no right to walk this league, play offs was the most realistic imho. And 5to or 6th means nothing in the premiership cos it doesnt get the prize, in this league it does. Oh and we are 4th.

Are you serious? Because if this season is rebuilding, I would very much like it to stop. Right now.

You don't rebuild with 8 loan players keeping our youngsters from developing. It carries the problem over to next season.

Nor do you rebuild with giving players like Luke F'ing Young a run out at centre half.

Its a wage bill trim, and loans have to be used when you have spent premier moneybut dropped out of it. Clear out, rebuild, call it what you want.

i bet all of the managers at the other clubs would of liked our rebuilding budget - fact is we have thrown money at this league again and there have been some poor acquisitions made by harry - tf messed up in jan by not backing harry with a striker.
I feel for harry that we have missed 4 valuable players for half a season which would effect any team but we do have depth and our form is shocking. to miss out on automatics is a joke in my honest opinion. to see us now struggle over the line for playoffs is even more of a joke.
Theres no excuse for harry we have the strongest squad in the championship and he hasnt utilized it effectively. I was pro harry but his attitude towards the team ans some of his selections have completely changed my mind on him.
