Here's a thought ... if your boy showed a lot of talent as a youngster and Rangers came calling with the view of signing him up, would you potentially ruin his career before it had started and agree to a contract? Sadly as much as I love this club it would have to be a resounding no from me as we have produced not one player of note that I can think of for yonks. What encouragement can a promising youngster have when seeing some of these first teamers playing so woefully and yet no hint of at least getting the odd run out. Give them a go as Rangers fans would give them all the encouragement in the world and plenty of patience as we are beginning to run out of that for some of the clowns masquerading in the Blue and White Hoops.
