I know its churlish to say this, and it would never ever happen, but we dont actually have to win any of the matches.
Draw draw draw and wins on penalties. Or lose, win and draw would do it as well. There is a few permatations other than winning three games on the trot, which to be honest we all know we cant do.

I dont want the play offs, same as i dont do the lottery cos i know i wont win, and if i did id still be unhappy. Happiness is over rated.

Apologies Kev, I just read your other posts, I am always too lazy to read right through a thread. I personally am well excited for a day out a Wembley.
          Here's hoping

I am looking forward to the play offs - it's the lack of energy, effort and consistency in our performances which is bringing us down I think. Dunne and hill were invincible at the start if the season where as now they have been found out and we look slow and vulnerable

We always miss joeys drive and tenacity so he will be crucial as will charlie getting match fit

If ned gets fit - we need to start him in central defence and shift clint to the left

A pumped up ravel and fit niko in the starting line up will make a huge difference

Green and Simpson are 1st on the team sheet so that leaves just 2 players to pick - for pace you would go with hoilett and I guess the other midfielder would be Jenas

Now - if we could field that team for the next 6 matches and find some momentum going into the semis then the enthusiasm levels would increase big time

But hey Redknapp likes them and they have been good players, oh and what do they think when we fail to scout the opposition correctly so have no real tactic to over come them, as evidenced by our performances against the better teams in the league.
              Spot on.

My team for the run-in assuming they're all fit would be:

                Green

                Simpson Ned Hill Yun

                Barton Jenas

                Hoilett Morrison Traore

                Austin

If that lot play as well as we know they can, we have a great chance of going up.
Take your points on board but our current third place is a lot to do with our form at the start of the season when Redknapp was largely out the picture with his knee and McClaren was running the show and our form against the poorer sides in the division. Unfortunately against the top 6 sides we struggle.

Re your team wouldn't disagree they could give a good account of themselves even allowing for Redknapps no existent tactics but reality as pointed out by West is that BAE, Dunne and Nico have in the main played whenever they gave been available no matter the firm of others.

Ricky we are riding quite high at number six in the current form table, which isnt too bad after how poor we have been lately. We aint as bad as we think we are imo.

Kev have experienced the finals against Oxford and Spurs and the play off in Cardiff and would love to see my Rangers play at the new wembley so understand your point completely. However I really despair with Redknapp so am torn between the joy of getting promoted at Wembley by the fact thus would almost certainly mean he would stay for another year and not sure I could stomach that.

I honestly dont think he would stay on as manager, maybe at the club in a different role though. He has got another big operation on his dodgy knee coming up in the summer. And also, if by a minor miracle he does get us up and even if he did stay another season, he might add a few players and get us playing like his spurs side did in the premiership.

It will be amazing and could be the greatest ninety minutes of your footballing life, nobody, and i mean nobody knows what the outcome will be of we manage to make it there.
                        Do you go much anyway?
Don't get me wrong, obviously a Wembley win is the best way to go up. That said I have no faith in winning a 2 leg semi against our peers with Harry in charge, hence not even thinking about the final at Wembley.

AS for do I go, not anywhere near as much as I'd like. Me and the wife had ST's until the kids came along and family, work and financial constraints since dictate limited games these days.
