I fear will be even harder next year. I think this will be our best chance for a while. If we stay down I don't see us spending any money, plus looks like a transfer ban. Sunderland will walk it so already playing for 2nd place. Don't get me wrong, I love this division and this team will get taken apart every week in the Prem but at the end of the day the money we will get from promotion is key to our future. Can see us turning into a team like Boro if we stay down.

I think we have to lower our expectations and enjoy each game as it comes. As long as we a get a squad of players that seem to care that's enough for me. This bunch are c unts.

I blame TF. He talks about a long-term project, yet has Harry, how is Harry long-term? This is a shambles.

HRs brief is to get us promoted. How is that NOT part of a long-term project??

No, a long-term project would have been to get a manager who would start preparing a squad that will get promoted and stay in the PL. We have the best squad, all we needed was to get rid of some players, keep some others, and make a few additions, and with a good manager, we would be walking this league and have a foundation for next season.

Just like Wolves last season eh? Really easy this league isn't it!

Getting promoted is consistent with the long-term project/aims. Its what we do when we get there that is key.

We don't have the best squad because we are third, not first. We have over-hyped players who care about their wages and not the colours.

I don't agree Fordy. I think TF will make funds available to strengthen in the summer, regardless of whether we go up or not. We will be stronger next season, if we bring in the right players (big "if", I know!). Any transfer ban will be challenged and overturned in the courts, initially with a temporary injunction pending the final decision. I have no worries on that front.

Cant see any of the sides that come down walking it next season. Fulham like us are full of old men so will need a revamp, Sunderland are full of foreign players who will jump ship and Cardiff have a nutter in charge

The worst side to drop is Norwich in my book they would be head and shoulders above everyone

If we stay down, it will be because we didn't spend in the January transfer window.
Whatever division we are in, we will have to spend to improve the squad.

i still maintain with the return of ale, matty and a decent foil for charlie and a young center half to repace hill we'd be in good shape to challenge!

In other words, change almost half the outfield
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Most of the squad would need to be replaced to even challenge for relegation. In an ideal world we need another season down here which could be afforded if we hadn't made such monumental fc uk ups in the transfer market up until now.
