      100% agree.

He's inept, clueless and been living off a media fabricated myth he's such a great manager for years, when simply put, he's average at best. How can a manager be classed as good when he fails to win the majority of key matches or take advantage when others in and around us are losing or dropping points.

In many cases I'd say there's not a lot of benefit for a team to change a manager now, but in this case there's nothing to lose because there's not a cat in hells chance we'll win the playoffs because he doesn't win key games. The way he's going we wont even make the playoffs.

He took us significantly backwards last season after he came in and this season the only good spell I will attribute to Mclaren because everything changed when he departed.

The sooner he's gone the better!!

We are in them, no matter what. No club is going to dump us out from seventh, footballs a funny old game, but not that funny. How we do in them is another matter altogether though.

Too late, what's the point now, we are in the play offs ( virtually) and out of automatic promotion race

Thing is mate, much as I agree about Harry, if Tony sacks him, he has to pay him off and I think that in the summer Harry may retire anyway, what with his hip or leg or whatever it was. Tony's lost serious money already, from a financial point of view it doesn't make sense I don't think, although you can argue that you'd have a better chance of promotion and of the big prem money if he were to go...

Blimey, some look to be on suicide watch this evening. We've been pretty rubbish all season and the club is being badly run but its way too late to make a change now. We are pretty nailed on for the play offs. If we go up, we hopefully sack Redknapp and rebuild. If we don't go up, we hopefully sack Redknapp and rebuild? But now? This match really didn't matter. Today's match was like a pre-season friendly. Its all about getting our players fit and in form for the play offs.

Sensible words. Harrys post match interviews been done and ive just listened to it and he doesnt seem to be bothered about the loss whatsoever either. Think you are right, from now on and the last five games its all about getting everyone (especially charlie) fit and ready for the most important three games of their lives.

With Redknapp's entire team? Think it would put the club into turmoil. I'm as uninspired as anyone by Redknapp and have been all season - and was even pointing out last season when most were still blaming Hughes for every single thing that went wrong that Harry had failed badly to turn it round - but if we were going to sack him the time was Christmas and we would have needed a budget to buy some players in the window. The board clearly decided they wouldn't/ couldn't chuck yet more money at it and felt it was up to Redknapp to make the most of what he has. Not sure another manager would get much more out of the disjointed squad we now have, any more than Redknapp could get more out of Hughes's poorly under-performing squad. Sacking the manager makes the fans happy for two minutes, but then what?
