Not long I reckon. Was sat on the bench with a bit of ice on his knee. Anything serious he'd of been carted off to the ozzy.

Good, hate to see any footballer carted off with a serious injury. There was no contact whatsoever, just stubbed his foot into the turf.

I agree with this. I certainly want to see more British players in OUR league and lament the way the percentage of foreign players keeps increasing.

MLS in the USA actually has an "import" rule that restricts the number of non-USA players each team can have.

And, more generally (in response to Dave's rather astonishing reply to the above post), governments have import/export duties that restrict the import of foreign goods to a country.

Said another way, if we close the gap by one point every week from now until the end of the season they will finish 2 points ahead of us.

It has been over for a long time and we are now CLOSER to mathematical certainty than we were before today.

I can still not believe why Harry didnīt manage to pick a team capable of winning last night. As a result of this; Play-off is the best what we can hope for now, I think.

There are quite a few films out there that have secret mini movies after the closing credits - Primarily, Marvel (now owned by Disney); but only true fans of that genre would take the time to wait for the end credits to roll before leaving.
Sorry to re-stir the pot; but I refuse to give up on hope until there is absolutely no hope left.

The point difference is effectively 10 because of goal difference. Of course it's not over until it's over, but it is unlikely given how unpredictable we are. As I have stated before, we can just as easily drop out of the play-offs as finish second.

Reckon we would have to lose every game to drop out. People seriously need to start making sure they are available for the two legs, cos we are one million per cent playing in them, and whatever any doom mongers say, they are wrong.
