Have to say, been utterly disappointed in Harry Redknapp.
Should, and could, have done better this season.
So, third not good enough for you? Crazy!

With the resources at his disposal, the Boardroom support he has, and the salary he is rumoured to be receiving, the answer is: "NO, third is not good enough". The goal this season is PROMOTION, nothing less. It remains to be seen whether he will be successful, so I personally am still hopeful and will grudgingly give him a passing grade if we win the play offs. I say grudgingly because we have provided entertainment value roughly equivalent to watching paint dry and that is simply not good enough. (Please don't reply with a "results" or "entertainment" theme because we all know those two objectives are NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE!).

the 1st half team was too defensive for a home game against Blackpool.

Bond's after match comments said the game's pace was too slow. I wonder why?

that's 2 more dropped points that have gone a long way to helping Burnley.
11 points dropped at Charlton, Brighton Sheff Weds and now Blackpool. even if they won 2 of those games they would have half a chance of going up.

TW's I think Ray Winstone summed up boring football completely this morning on Talksh1te.

For the majority of football fans a day out at the footy is about being excited & entertained.

Not bored sh1tless .............. most people around me in the upper loft Saturday were on their phones or reading their programmes/kick up the R's, we started talking about going down for a drink around 35 mins in the end we held out till 39 mins !

It was touch n go whether to go back up or not
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."
