No announcement yet.
Hopefully QPR’s owners don’t care about the club - Scott Jones = no free tickets!

Look at Stoke, Swansea, WBA and Fulham as other recent examples.
Where were Chelsea and Man City before their wealthy benefactors arrived?...Both spent years languishing in lower divisions for certain periods.
And what's so crazy about the notion of a club seeking to grow it's fanbase?
Look how Brighton have gone from 4000 crowds to 27,000 when they moved. That's just one example. Other Prem clubs have also achieved growth in their support the longer they maintain their top-flight status.
When does a tourist fan become a regular fan if they start turning up to every match and begin to get the bug?...
All these questions and plenty more besides...

Its not deluded AT ALL that we can ONE DAY be a big club and get into the top 6.. the fans that disagree still wish it was the 70s and 80s

Your using Stoke ,Swansea and WBA as examples ? Examples of what Stan ? No one has said if we continue to keep spending vast amounts of money and eventually end up whoring ourselves out and playing in the 40,000 Air Asia ,Frankie and Bennys stadium sponsored by Ikea , that we couldn`t reach the dizzy heights of mid table Premier league utopia ,that some of us crave so much.
Chelsea and Man City are both big clubs with massive support compared to us ,so not really a valid comparison.
Brighton have onlygone from 4000 odd fans because they were stuck in the Withdean ,when Brighton were at the Goldstone in the 70s and 80s they used to pull in very healthy crowds , they have always been a fair sized club with a massive catchment area . Not like us who , have much bigger clubs in London on our doorstep.
As for the loyalty of tourist fans ,we will see when fulham go down ,how many of their tourist fans ,stick with the club in the lower leagues ( especially if they dont bounce straight up ) . Somehow i think not many will ,and fulham will be back where they started with just their hardcore going .
Answers ,Stanley ( just IMO obviously )Rangers,Scooters ,Tunes and Trainers

Everton are a giant compared to QPR. If you think 'uncle Tony' throwing some money around (very unresponsibly) is going to put us on par with massive stable, established premiership clubs you sir, are off your nut.
Your on about my posts.. Your posts are rude, arrogant and pure BLUNT to say the least.. I don't squabble I debate fairly with my opinions.
Im not rude to anyone until some numpty without a brain starts getting personal.
You wana show no ambition with your football club then be my guest.. but wake up fella, its aint the 80s anymore, its 2014 and believe it or not you may have to come round to the fact we have a plan to be come a top 6 team in the country with investment and building. Everton are a giant compared to QPR AT THE MOMENT. But even they built from somewhere as Tony has said. Read my posts properly before going off on some pointless rant just because its me you buffoon
