Blimey mate, tough one.
Don't think he has been very good for us at all really, but I suppose it would be harsh to get rid of him in that situation. Think I'd be tempted to impress upon him that as long as we play decent, attacking football and aren't close to the bottom 3 by the new year, he's safe.
Let us all hope that it's a decision that TF will actually need to make.

If he does get us up it will be HRs decision to go or not. He can retire knowing he'll be able to say he got us up or will have one more year to say he got us up and kept us up.

Nah you cant sack a manager after getting a team promoted imo. Id give him a chance to keep us up.
