Purchased half-season membership for 10 quid but it does not show up on my account despite logging out and in again, so I have no access to ticket pre-sales despite that being one of the main selling points of this membership thing. No promised 30 loyalty points showing up either. That 3.50 admin fee, they are not doing a good job of earning it. Not good at all.

It can be risky and I like planning ahead, furthermore I am considering attending an away match as well, and maybe also go on the stadium (self-guided, meh) tour - for the latter thing the membership also offers a discount.
