..exactly hits, and there will be undoubtedly be a few who will moan that they have wasted their time and money going to Teeside, when they knew full well there was a good possibility what could happen....DONT GO THEN, if they cannot handle wasting time and money.....it's not difficult is it.

Tut tut,it's all about the unexpected. Take it you don't get to many games tw but very vocal on here.why can't a loyal supporter whose paid his hard earned let off a bit of steam.you seem too quick to judge from the comfort of home.if you made a 300 mile round trip for a 3-0 loss with no heart and a dented pocket, your be all smiles?

Last night proved a few things to me, firstly im an idiot for taking a days unpaid leave and secondly qpr who i love dearly are full of overpaid so called players.
Ive been a member of this forum for a number of years and only commented when i was agrieved or picking my teams for fans competitions etc, but last night was awful.
If i had my way arry would be gone and so would 75% of that so called first team.
No characters, no heart, no spirit and more importantly no desire to play for our badge.
I could moan for hours but got to drive for 4hours to get back to work as on lates. Only wish the first team had half as much passion as i do.

Sod saturday i aint going, better of watching local team. At least they might give a shite.
Spot on Bazza, iv been doing it for many years and when I told people I weren't going last night they laughed coz they thought I was winding them up but unfortunately the current crop of non triers and lack of tactical awareness by the management is driving me insane

No van, you are correct, I would not be all smiles, but I probably would not have done the trip in the first place knowing how we are playing at the moment and saved the dosh, or if I had gone, would not bleat about it on here knowing full well what I would probably have let myself in for....I'd have paid my money and taken the chance.....no point bleating about something I knew full well could happen...take it on the chin.
btw mate, think you might be confusing being vocal, with being eloquent!
also it's a forum, that's what forums are for.

Why shouldn't they have a moan on here if it helps them let off some steam after a long and fruitless journey? And why does it appear to always bother you so much that they do? It's a free country last I knew TW. Not having a pop but who are you to dictate what they should and shouldn't do?

Far better for them to moan on here, at people that might understand. Bit pointless moaning at the wife who just couldn't possibly understand, or kicking the innocent cat.

I get what the OP is on about, I didn't see the match but from all reports it must have been brutal! There are some real fans on here that spend lots of time and money following the team they love and I would say they are entitled to voice their opinion, I'll listen! I also understand where Fraggy is coming from, being thousands of miles away we wish we had the option that you fans that are more local have so we could come on here and have a good moan about the travel and lack of effort by the team!

So you knew we'd get stuffed 3-0 ? I didn't see that scoreline coming...

Your mention of this being a forum surely holds true for people to vent their frustration as well TW?

After all....."that's what forums are for"

I also think you're forgetting the eternal optimism that ALL football fans have for their particular club....we always hope for the best result and more often than not are left disappointed......

Particularly if you were blessed with blue and white blood!

I do find it hilarious - the people who do nothing on here but moan about people moaning. Oh, the irony!

I don't know if TW ever actually went to matches back in the day but I have also given up going precisely because I also derive no pleasure from it at the moment. But if you are so eloquent - and with that, presumably, intelligent - you must grasp that those who haven't merely flipped open their lap top from their armchair to check the result but have driven five hours there and five hours back are likely to be a little browned off. I am sure you are bright enough to grasp that basic point TW. And of course they probably are a little bit crazy to make the journey knowing what we are like this season, but its called being a fan - you are filled with often unfounded optimism before a game and driven to despair afterwards. If our support was entirely logical and without emotion there wouldn't be any fans - and there wouldn't be a QPR. Anyway, always happy to help develop your education and understanding TW....

I know that you would probably like nothing more than to indulge in an exchange of posts full of smart ar$e sentences, where you like to think you come across as being intelligent. But I thought I'd just cut to the chase and get straight to the point.
