The amount of IFS on this thread is ridiculous.. Tony and shareholders aint going anywhere soon so I don't know what anyone is worried about.

He wouldn't leave after 2-3 seasons and none of the shareholders would leave knowing we'd be in the sh1t. Their credible businessman who have reputations, knowledge and heart. This whole thread is TOTALLY pointless. I'm not sure why you would waste your whole evening commenting on IFS and BUTS Geng.. But.. you did

I think you both misunderstood my post, I'm actually for a new stadium that can be used for other events as QPR can't survive on current home gates.
40,000 won't be open for matchdays, thats more for the concerts etc.

been told that ephraim and swp still have another year to run. swp signed a 4 year deal. not 100% sure that luke youngs contract runs out this year either.

I believe the new ground will be owned by some of the Board members, not by QPR. Any revenue from concerts and other events will therefore belong to them, not to QPR, as QPR will just be tenants. However, it is the prospect of this extra revenue that makes building the new stadium viable in the first place.

That is how I understand it anyway. It isn't great that we won't own our own stadium any more, but the consequences of not moving could be worse, depending on your point of view.

I think QPR Holdings will be structured something like Arsenal's:
