You do know we had a youth team before TF turned up eh still haven't seen this magical training ground being built though how late is that now !

Dowie and Magilton were not young and as for Sousa he only lasted about 20 games or so when the board we interfering

Edit; Btw you post what has Fernandes done to deserve praise and in a couple of sentences answer your own question by suggesting if Howe was appointed he got a decent wage and transfer budget.

He's a legend in my eyes mate,alot of the fans we have now are probably too young to know the penniless days.Any other club given the amount tonys pumped in would be rumping the league. Were cursed I tell thee!

If we manage to get a decent side together and produce decent players then inevitably we will have to sell them on as they will want to play for bigger clubs its the only way a club the size of QPR are able to become self sufficient , the reality is we will never be a major force in football but we can be a well run club who are known for playing and producing decent players and by a miracle have a decent cup run once every decade !!

If much bigger clubs like Everton & Newcastle can't keep hold of their decent players why do you think QPR will be able to !
