Gotta feel for him, what more can he do?only at rangers can one throw money galore and we still **** it up.let's hope this summers clear out don't lead to a third for tonys sake
I don't feel sorry for him. He is a businessman, he hires people, if the people he hires are not up to the job, then he should rectify it. If he doesn't rectify and keeps saying "everything is ok" then that's his fault.
could it be that the only reason why tony wont sack harry is because tony's transfer negotiators failed in their attempts to sign that inter milan striker (belifondi)
he was on the plane over here to sign, someone at hq decided to try and change the deal, belfoldi flew back to italy and the deal was dead.
this may have been harry's prime striker target but seems someone at hq farked it all up.
could be a bit of guilt from tony now that is keeping redcrapp in his job
At the moment he is one of the worst chairman's in our history
Has made mistake after mistake and has risked the long term future of the club with his reckless spending. The club is rotten to the core and needs a massive overhaul in terms of attitude and infrastructure.
We need more QPR people behind the scenes who know what QPR is all about until the attitude of the club has changed we will carry on this cycle of sack managers spend money on players bla bla
The only shining light is the possible training ground but only until a spade is in the ground I will believe it when I see it
In our history???.....How many do you remember. I think our fans just don't know what they want. One minute's it's the players have no heart, then the manager has no clue, then Phil Beard
is to blame, and now it's all Tony's fault.......laughable people laughable....QPR fans these days are acting like spoilt kids
I really don't know mate. Eddie Howe? Joe Gallen, Karl Robinson, I really don't know but our current strategy isn't working and it's costing us millions upon millions.
Which says to me you're not sure yourself.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Been going since 89 !
I know what I want , I want a club to be proud of and go to go back to what we used to be known for a well run club who produced decent players and played decent football
Go for players/manager who see it as a step up to play for QPR and to be proud to wear the shirt and be associated with the club
It's not rocket science but watch us get rid of Redknapp in the summer ( fingers crossed) but then go for a **** like Zola because he is another "big" name

Eddie Howe is the sort of manager we should be going for would love him at Rangers

Well comparing Tony to Thompson or Wright, i'd say he comes out on top.
I do agree with you on recruitment of players. I have actually enjoyed watching QPR buy established names.....but the bottom line is, it hasn't worked, i thought it would.
We do have to buy players that are chuffed to f**k to be signing for QPR FC and see us as a step up. Not something that has happened signing players from Marseille, Real Madrid and Man Utd.
As for managers it's all well and good saying Eddie Howe is the man....he wasn't the the man at Burnley was he....Dyche is the man, but it doesn't mean he'd do a job for us.
The one manager that got us promoted and players playing for the shirt including getting the best out of a player that others simply can't was Warnock ....old style manager.

What has TF actually done that makes him deserve any praise ?
As for Howe he bought the majority of the Burnley squad and Dyche took it on , Howe has done a fantastic job at Bournemouth and just because it didn't work out at Burnley doesn't mean it wont work out at Rangers he would see it as a massive step and would relish the opportunity , give him a wage budget and transfer budget and see where we are in 2/3 years
As for the last time we got promoted its no coincidence that we done well when we had a decent chairman I.E Amit who took a step back and let the manager manage and wasn't obsessed about soundbites and being popular

Errr how about going about setting up the QPR academy?...not good enough for you?...Trying to build us a new stadium?
Put money forward to buy players? Remember?
So you agree it didn't work for Howe at Burnley, and as you say doesn't mean it won't here.....doesn't mean it will either.....
You must remember our young managers we had before Dowie?...Magilton?...Sousa?....they were soon deemed not good enough so don't pretend Howe
would be any different 3 games without a win and there'd soon be people posting that he ain't good/big/experienced enough for QPR
Edit; Btw you post what has Fernandes done to deserve praise and in a couple of sentences answer your own question by suggesting if Howe was appointed he got a decent wage and transfer budget.
See why i think spoilt is an appt description?
