This league is messed uo I agree. but our wages and the money we spend compared to everyone to me still dictates we should be doing a lot better. Our team tonight quality wise was better than shef wed...tonight was about desire and heart and we lacked that. we have now lost 5 of our last 8 games...not having charlie is not a good enough exscuse.
We have had worst times but they reflected the state of the club at those periods of times. Its completely different now and we have a chairman who has backed us immensely. Hes made mistakes hes new to football and still learning but what he has done is backed all our managers and off the pitch is doing things we could only dream off a few years ago.
I love Harry as a manager have done for ages. but we dont play the harry way - we are boring and unimaginative and now we lack desire and heart. Yes we are 4th but that doesnt reflect where we should be in my honesty opinion. We are the man city of this league and if they were 20 points of the top pellegrini would be gone....
forget in just this country harry is better paid than the spanish national coach - he is in the top 10-15 best paid in the world.
again is this assumption or fact? or is it because it is in the daily mail..when you google best paid managers in the world? in the daily mail so it must be true.

It takes longer than one year to build a team. Right now, we just don't have the players. We need to do some business in the summer and we will be stronger next season. Look as Leicester! And the way to build a team does NOT involve changing your manager every season.
I think this is an irrelevant discussion anyway - Harry isn't going anywhere this season.
'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.
Fernandes heart is obviously in the right place and he means well. But who here actually trusts him when appointing a new manager? I don't. I don't think he would even know who Eddie Howe is. It's nailed on to be another big timer on mega dough.

Exactly how long did it take King Warnock?
Has proved himself as a builder of squads, a galvaniser of spirit and superior man manager to any of Dads Army we currently have or the plums before
I admit NW has a glass ceiling and the Prem seems a step too far
As to the topic, TF has proved himself to be a c0ck in the football arena and is being ridiculed throughout the game
No matter where we are next season he needs to take a back seat and jettison Bungle Beard as his last act
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
Fernandes is all about profile. What's wrong with going back to basics & getting a young fresh manager who's familiar with the modern game?
Lots of you guys are constantly calling for us to employ a 'young fresh manager' or a 'young hungry manager' but never like to put names in the frame. If you were the chairman, who would you employ?
For 'young fresh manager' you could read 'inexperienced over-eager novice'. How many managers of the type you're calling for would you trust to build a strong squad and win promotion? How many of these have experience in achieving our targets? How many have prem league management experience? How long would you give such a person?
I have no idea who we should employ. Then again, I'm not calling for reassessment of who should be manager just yet. It would be madness to consider this at this stage of the season. The board should and will wait to see how things pan out before making such decisions.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
the question is..how much time will a new young manger be given? the going rate on this forum seems to be a season or a season and a half at a push!
if thats the way forward then there has to be a general agreement (amnesty ) among the fans to allow for a period of trial and error, or consolidation..if we spent a couple of seasons in and around the top 10. blooding in young players would people be happy with that? i don't think so.
you only have to look at the hysteria on here that surrounds every transfer window or any loss to see that fans want success and they want it as quick as possible.
Not remotely convinced Tony has learnt his lesson. Hope to be proved wrong, but I fully expect Harry to be replaced with a mediocre manager and we fling cash at random players again.
