You actually think we have a team spirit? You're deluded, big time! Half our squad couldn't give a toss! Do you think we'll be seeing Benny, Ravel, Carroll, Kranjcar, Keane, Doyle, Maiga etc next season? Nah.

I can count on one finger who actually cares! Clint Hill, who is probably one of the lowest earners at the club.
i agree..none of those players will be here next season. and they are only here because..simpson, austen, faurlin, phillips etc aren't.

We have hardly been able to field an unchanged team all season.

    A team of
    Green
    Simpson
    Hill
    Onuha
    BAE
    Phillips
    Barton
    Faurlin
    Traore
    Austen
    Johnson

Should easily be good enough to win this league, but we haven't played that team all season. as for not caring..you are obviously in a better position than me to comment. but i see players like green , onuha, barton, traore (who i have spoken to on several occasions about this very subject) austen, and they look like they care to me.

Hes the maanger and tbh this year i can count maybe on one hand the amount of times we have played really well. Its been a shambles and the fact we are 4th means nothing to to me. As said in another post we are the man city of this league and if they were 17 points off the top and 10 of 2nd pellegrini would be gone.
I can see it now. If only he was allowed Wayne Bridge, things might have been different.

Out of that team you've said above, only 6 would start if we had a fully fit squad. Harry wouldn't pick Nedum, Phillips, Faurlin, Traore or Johnson with a fully fit squad.

Phillips has been our most dangerous player this season. The type to get you off your seat every time he gets the ball, yet Harry had him on the bench more often than not and preferred to play O'Neil!

I've liked Harry, especially at Pompey and Spurs and was delighted when we made him manager but he's just not done it for me. I don't think I've ever been so bored watching a Rangers side.

Yep I do agree, and as I have said I am not a massive Harry fan, and his refusal to play 2 up front for most of the season when clearly that is what is required in this league, Leicester ,burnley, derby all play with 2 up front. Tactically he has not adjusted to this league at all. Playing one up requires a goal scoring midfielder in the a Gavin peacock was for us, and the closest thing we have to that is probably jenas who can't play more than 3 games without testing injured

You can make a compelling argument that Harry has had to deal with a monstrous amount of injuries to key players, pretty much throughout the season. But here's what's missing: consistent team play, or any clear sign that the players, as much as they professed respect for Harry, are not playing hard for him or his other coaches. How many times have we heard that QPR has no clear style or flow of play; that, like the Yeovil win recently, we are more a collection of individual talents than team dynamics. Sorry, but that's a reflection of coaching. And the fact we keep hearing "excuses" from the coaches, as opposed to fire and brimstone, suggests were more interested in losing politely than competing fiercely. No one likes to lose, especially at this time of the season, and with the stakes so high. But when's the last time this team pulled together, broke through brick walls to win, and did?

No point getting rid now might as well stick it out and get rid in the summer and start a massive rebuilding job

How on earth have QPR amassed a squad so unbelievably unable to score goals? It's a miracle. No team can cope with goals from only one player.
We need players coming in to fit a system, not a system to fit the players.
Is it just bad luck nobody has exceeded expectations? rather the opposite is true.
Rebuild but without reliance on half a dozen loaned first team starters.

Like so many I am so disappointed how QPR have managed to throw away such a promising pre xmas position. For me it has gone seriously wrong since the 3rd round of the FA Cup.
I hope Mr Redknapp and his followers (support staff) do the honorable thing and walk away now, and if not now, at the very end of the season.
I don't know the answers of course but I know enough to query the team selection and tactics for some time now!
I really hope our next manager really is the right choice.

No point in sacking him now.. It wont change anything with the injuries we have. Wait until the end of the season and see if he totally flops.

ok so define a flop..falling out of the play offs all together? losing the playoffs at the semi final stage? losing the final? losing the final on Penalties? i go back to the same point..Last august making the play offs would be seen as an achievement by most on here..and if we have been as poor all season as many claim then making the play offs could still be seen as an achievement. This for me is not about supporting Harry redknapp its about supporting QPR

A flop now would be, falling out of the play-offs/not gaining promotion at all.. to answer your question

I agree, that falling out of the Play offs altogether would be considered a Flop considering where we have been all season. but not gaining promotion may not be , in the long term considered a flop. Say we don't go up..many on here may get exactly what they wish for..harry goes , all the top earners leave and we start again with a new Young manger and a young team which then may take 2 or 3 years to progress back to the Premier league

I want us to build again with a young team.. For Harry and these players, not going up would be a flop. They aren't interested in building. They are interested in this season only

So how long would you give a young manager and a young team? a season, two? three? the attitude of many on here would suggest not.

I'd give him 3 seasons most probably. Buying some good young players like Austin and Phillips.. I like Eddie Howe personally
