I think what a lot of people have to consider is that HR is playing a totally new team this season. Leicester and Burnley did well as they were 100% injury free, we've had a lot of bad luck in that department and that is the difference.
Half the side is loans and the other half are make shift players in the mid 30s, so when you think of it he's done ok although not the prettiest.

It's like buying a car with 200k on the clock and complaining that you are having bad luck with repairs!

I know the team this year has been pretty dull, but c'mon. Players like Niko and Ravel can at least provide the odd classy touch to entertain the fans, something we didn't have at all between 96 (when Sinclair left) and 07 or so (whenever Ledesma joined, followed by Buzsaky, Adel, etc).

I think hate is a very strong comment increasingly used on this board over the last year or so. I'm not a Harry fan but have absolutely nothing against him personally. I remember speaking to someone long before he joined us who went to a party at his house and said he was exactly as he comes across on TV, affable and genuinely nice bloke.
However I do think as a manager he failed to galvanise the team last season. After a reasonable start which got us to within a few points of being out of the bottom three he suddenly changed both tactics and players and we dropped like a stone. This season we have largely played boring football, very poor going forwards in particular, and with the playing staff we have this should not have been the case. The last three games we have been much better (Brighton we were superb at times and just lacked a half decent striker) even with a number of key injuries and had we played similarly earlier in the season I have little doubt we would have more points on the board. Mystifies me as I had always thought he was known for this type of football but we have seen little of it.
I wouldn't replace him now but probably would in the summer unless we are truly amazing for the rest of the season.

I expected better from him, but sadly this has not been the case. I would not bother with any changes ant this stage beacuse there is no point. The squad of fit players is threadbare, QPR are loaned out to the max, so what will any new manager be able to do. And whilst a play off chance is on the table, he is achieving something.
His remit was to keep QPR up (failed) and now perhaps to take them up (still a small chance - a very slim one given QPR's results against sides in the top 8).

Feels very odd to be classed as a "Harry Hater".

Harrys plan for this season was to keep us in this division, but we still stand a chance of promotion like we have done all season.
We bought in players that wont be here for the future but should give us that extra push, player's likes of Benayoun, O'Neill, Henry. Ok they've not exactly been great but Austin, Phillips, Simpson haven't been bad and will be he for the future. Putting Green in goal, moving Traore to the wing has worked binging Morrison in, another good move. Player's like kranjcar and BAE have let us down, they should've been so much better, we all thought they would be. And don't forget about all of the waisters he got rid off too.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!
