Never rated Harry, a media darling who achieved no more than he should have done at other clubs including Spurs where he spent loads on lots of players and was very hit and miss. I wasn't massively against us getting him as thought average Premiership manager and we would struggle to do better given our circumstances but certainly not excited.

I would not say I wanted him or not but I did post at the time that there was a lack of interest in him from football league clubs at the time which says something but as usual got slated by a couple of experts on here.

I never thought Harry was the answer, and said so at the time.......

I think that makes me superior in many ways........However, if Harry gets us up and we start playing attractive, attacking football...............Please ignore this.

i wanted harry here and ill admit it, but at the time we had the grey haired boring welshman in charge and we were going down so anybody with the least bit of cred would have been acceptable!

Don't really have time for this kind of things Dave. I think it's best if I don't post for a while anyway, so I'll post a few things, and then that is that.

EXACTLY my reasons. I mean, he isn't a bad manager (although he's been terrible here), he just isn't a very good manager either. Should have gone for someone younger who understands the modern game well and is more tactics than just motivation.

As I said, I don't want to get into a childish debate with you over who loves QPR more and who was at Vauxhall Motors.

Thought it would be great to have Harry Redknapp as boss down here, but have to say that it's been nothing short of disappointing.
First, he couldn't keep us up in the premiersh!t.
Second, looks as though he won't get us up.
Third, the overall standard of football we've played under him has been, well, shyte.

For me since Gerry Francis first stint we have been very very unlucky with managers, other then Warnock, and I include Holloway amongst those names
