Moving forwards... what should we do?

Would you use this time to play the players that will not be here next year, the players who know their leaving will not give us 100%?

Use the youth first and loaned players if you have to.

The advantage is that these players will give us 100% and also gives them valuable game time, which you can't buy. We might also unleash a gem, if you don't try you wont find!

Need to start again in quite a few areas. Think we need to try and bring the average age down by a few years.

Don't think the club suits having such big names across the payroll e.g redknapp, bond etc. We are a small club and we are aiming far to high. I know you need the players to succeed but i think we need more balance. Gamble on some of our youth. What is the point in even having any players apart from the first team?
