We parked up in Brighton and done a few pubs around the station. In hindsight and knowing the arrangements now we should have given ourselves more time but got to station on way to the ground at 710 for 715 train (10min journey) so would have got us to the ground in ample time.
However getting to the station we were confronted with a mob of fans, I would say easily 700+ deep with more joining the queue by the minute and had to wait for three trains before we could get one and eventually arrived at the ground after kick off.
Two of the trains were only three carriages which seemed barmy considering the numbers wanting to use them. Surely the train companies/Police must have enough common sense to think London Club playing in Brighton means high volume of them will come by Train via Victoria when don't we extend the length of the train to accommodate extra numbers
Its a shame as the ground was top notch but if they don't sort out the transport I can see their crowds dropping as people will get fed up of that week in week out
