The myp2p.eu website, which I know a lot of people use, has had a few "problems" and the links are currently to be found on:
Don't know how good it is, but it is the one myp2p are directing its users to.

Such matches are not usually streamed, unless some obscure radio station (QPR Player?
) does commentary. No chance it will be televised AFAIK.
