i'd like to think its because people are out celebrating (thats my excuse )

When we go on a losing patch, we all want to find reasons for it...which can be construed as moaning. Losing wrecks my weekend and I can't remember the last time I got excited about an up coming game.

You're just making things up now.

Currently I see things that are wrong with the club, and so naturally I am going to talk about those things which are wrong.

If I could see things right with the club, then I am going to talk about the good things.

It is that simple - it really is.

fair enough but what's the point in days upon end of post mortems, going over the same old thing.. nothing us fans can do to change what's be done, so why dwell on the negative? Better to look forward to the next game with renewed belief and optimism.
As for losing wrecking the week-end, well sorry but that is ridiculous imo. If you let it, it will, yes.

Where on earth does the notion come from that those who aren't at all happy with how things have gone, will disappear when we start winning?

The reverse is just as likely to happen, ie. someone claiming Harry is a good manager if we beat Birmingham, or that we have now turned the corner.

I'm here, win or lose, as are most others. And there surely cannot be many people who are satisfied with the way the team has performed all season long, regardless of where we are in the table.

One single result won't prove anybody right or wrong. Not that it's about needing to be right or wrong. It's simply a forum to air one's views, let off steam, have a bit of banter, get some therapy, or insist all is well.

I think that missing out on an automatic promotion spot will represent a massive failure on behalf of the manager, his coaching staff and the players. Others may think that mid table mediocrity is fine, considering the mess we made of last season.

Getting all uptight with people who hold a different view is a bit extreme though. It won't change anything, will it?

because its happened before mate. without naming names there were plenty who have posted recently who were nowhere to be found when we were unbeaten earlier in the season, 8 clean sheets on the bounce etc.

You have appeared and without exception have only posted negativity; your pure glass half empty. Any good points you make are diluted by the constant negativity you portray

As TW said where were you when we were top of the league why were you not here complaining (as some did and rightly so) that you wanted Harry out bla bla bla why tip up when things go south

To me it makes me think you have an agenda

Maybe mate. And yes, it's irritating. But I don't think it's because there isn't anything to moan about.

I for one have been moaning about how boring we are, all season. I'm desperately hoping I can be here on Saturday joining in with everybody else in praising a fantastic performance and result. Same as I want to be after every game.

they have been few and far between but there have been some. boro at home, bournemouth home, ipswich and blackpool away. and im sure there have been a couple more. and after each one this place was dead.

Now that is your opinion, and you have a right to that, but I don't think I have een typing boll*cks, I think I have raised some valid points and then argued my case respectfully. Furthermore, I think quite a bit of what some of the other posters write, especially the Harry lovers, is bordering on boll*cks, but I don't go around polluting their threads with this, because that is just rude.

At the end of the day, no one forces you to read other posts. And if you find there is a poster who only types boll*cks, you can easily put them on your Ignore list.

Look, at the end of the day, football is all about opinion. If we all had to have the same opinion and couldn't type something if we felt it went against the status quo, we'd have a forum of the sort where the normal conversation would be

QPRDave: Harry's doing a great job
                              Everyone else: Yeah
QPRDave: Anyone who thinks Harry isn't doing a great job is Foolham
Everyone else: Yeah, f*** those fools
QPRDave: We're so lucky to have TF
Everyone else: Yeah, best Chairman ever, bring on the 40k stadium

And that I think would be a very boring forum.

So please, let posters who might have differing views to you post without trying to insult them.

                              Thanks.

Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
